Nearly two years after his death, Detroit hip-hop producer J Dilla’s impact continues to resonate.
In the latest in a seemingly endless string of tributes to the influential artist, Mos Def — the rapper, actor and social activist — will perform a tribute to Dilla with his Mos Def Big Band on Jan. 21 at Ann Arbor’s Hill Auditorium.
