HXLT-Work It Out Official Video

HXLT decides in his video for “Work It Out” that the only way to resolve a troublesome relationship is to end it. In the video,  he has a small signifier from his days of rapping as Hollywood Holt when you see him grab his chain on the way out of the apartment. The G.O.O.D. Music artist saw his punk debut album come out earlier this year.

HXLT-Perfect Official Video

HXLT suffers the rigors of a bare-knuckled boxing match in his video for “Perfect.” The dim-lit setting is ideal for the illegal sport that still exists in secret groups around the country. The Chicago rapper turned punk rocker will be on tour for the months of March and April.

HXLT Album Stream

G.O.O.D. Music artist HXLT is streaming his self-titled first album a couple of days before the official release on Friday, February 26th. The 12-song punk/alternative sonic fest is exclusively produced by HXLT except for Mano’s contribution on “Guitar.”

HXLT-Together Featuring Kathleen Hanna

HXLT has collaborated punk feminist icon Kathleen Hanna on his song “Together” which is here before his self-titled G.O.O.D. Music debut on February 26th.

HXLT-Sick

HXLT is a punk singer from Chicago and new G.O.O.D. Music signee. His self-directed video for “Sick” is an act of time traveling through different eras of pop culture with each jump through a window. There is also a tribute to the late Chicago DJ,TIMBUK2, who was also a personal friend. HXLT’s  eponymous debut album is mostly self-produced and reflects his hip-hop and indie rock roots. “Sick” is one of three songs you can preview before the album is released on February 26th.
