Full Crate: Still Growing EP

Full Crate’s Still Growing EP is four songs of R&B with guest appearances from Luke Burr, Gaidaa and Saba. The producer had given a preview of the EP with the release of the video and audio for “A Storm On A Summer’s Day” which created expectations for a relaxing album ideal for warm weather. Still Growing does not disappoint in its laid-back vibe and quick etch of gospel, soul and Zapp influenced funk.

Saul Williams Releases New Song & Kickstarter Campaign

Saul Williams has a Kickstarter campaign for his film Neptune Frost and he has released the single “The Flaw You Worship.” On his Kickstarter page, Neptune Frost is described as,

“The love story between an inter-sex runaway and a coltan miner and the virtual marvel born as a result of their union”

Williams started working on the project as a graphic novel and musical. He wanted to create something addressing and connecting all the global issues he was reading about in his timelines. Neptune Frost appears to be an anti-establishment heroine who is questioning the politics of certain African countries. There is a trailer for the film on Williams’ Kickstarter page. “The Flaw You Worship” is a gift to his fans for supporting his campaign.
