Shabazz Palaces Release Lyric Video For 30 Clip Extension Announce Second Album

Shabazz Palaces’s  lyric video for “30 Clip Extension” is a dark space with moving text that’s critical of contemporary rappers high on Big Pharma drugs, living in McMansions, androgynous and solely dependent on ghost writers. The song is from their Quazarz vs. The Jealous Machines album which is their second album coming out July 14th along with Quazarz: Born On A Gangster Star. Quazarz is the central character on both albums and he is described as a musical ambassador from somewhere other than Earth who comes to the planet to find out how far the people have made progress with society. Both albums are available for pre-order and can be purchased as a bundle. Quazarz vs. The Jealous Machines will also be released as an illustrated album on August 18th.
