Last night Stevie Wonder and Chaka Khan lead a lineup of artists at the official Prince tribute last night in Minneapolis at the Xcel Energy Center. The five-hour show included performances from Bilal, Morris Day and the Time, Andre Cymone, Mint Condition,Nicole Scherzinger, Mayte, Doug E. Fresh, Judith Hill, Luke James, Tori Kelly and Jessie J. Christina Aquilera, Anita Baker and John Mayer cancelled at the last minute. The night was electric and reached its apex when Wonder and Khan took the stage and reminded everyone of how they earned their legendary status. In above video, you can see them perform “I Feel For You” and “1999.” A fan also captured Wonder’s performance of “Raspberry Beret.” The almost 18,000 fans in attendance were excited, grateful and a little closer to accepting Prince’s untimely passing.
