Murs & 9th Wonder-Brighter Daze Album Stream

 

Murs and 9th Wonder have taken their longtime relationship as musical collaborators into 2016 with their Brighter Daze album. Rapsody, Mac Miller and Problem are a few of the guests on the album that is currently available as a free stream. The 12-song album includes a cover of The Pharcyde’s “Otha Fish” changed from a carefree lament about love into a song for an action movie scene.

Tall Black Guy Productions Presents Yusuf Rumperfield’s Jazz In Motion

Yusef Rumperfield is the newest member of the Tall Black Guy Productions label and “Jazz In Motion” is a celestial hip-hop instrumental from his self-produced unreleased album of the same name. Rumperfield’s cross-genre sound is in the same family as Detroit house producer Moodymann. You can stream and buy the album from Rumperfield’s Bandcamp page.

David Banner-The Cross Lyric Video

David Banner’s pro-Black, establishment-questioning “The Cross” has a lyric video. Banner’s The God Box comes out in February but “The Cross” is not on the album, which he says is his most lyrically prolific project to date.
