In celebration, Wale is giving fans a chance to design an official commemorative tour poster for the final stop of the “Ambition Tour” on December 8th in Atlanta. First prize will have their poster honored at the show, made into a commemorative poster plus win $500 and two tickets to the show. The contest will run until Oct 18th. Last week, Wale premiered his video for the single “That Way” featuring Rick Ross and Jerimih on BET’s 106 and Park and can also be seen on [email protected] and MTVU. In addition to this, Wale will take part in BET’s highly coveted hip-hop cypher as part of the BET Hip Hop Awards which airs October 11th. The single has proven to be a tour-de-force at radio, being the #1 most added record at Urban Mainstream and climbing up the Top 15.

Wale recently caused an internet frenzy when he released his mixtape “The Eleven One Eleven Theory” which saw over 100k downloads within hours of its release, disrupting service for download portals Hulkshare and Sendspace. CEO Ted Brinkofski commented, ”This is actually the first time it’s due to an existing file. It’s certainly an exciting milestone, but not a pleasurable one.” The mixtape is still available on Jay-Z’s LifeandTimes.com: http://lifeandtimes.com/wale-the-eleven-one-eleven-theory.
