Event Alert: Keep NJWeedman Free Party

Los Angeles – NJweedman has spent this past year battling charges he incurred in New Jersey back on April 1st, 2010 when he was arrested for possession of a pound of marijuana while visiting his family. Bail, lawyers, briefs, flights back & forth to the east coast have become very costly for him. But as NJWeedman has proven, he doesn’t give up. His trial is set to begin soon at the Burlington County Superior Court in Holly, New Jersey, before Superior Court Judge Delehey.

If NJWeedman wins this case he can change the marijuana laws in New Jersey, affecting millions of marijuana users, possibly nation-wide. In true NJWeedman style, he and Attorney John Saykanic filed a historic legal challenge to New Jersey marijuana laws, to simultaneously fight his case as well as to legalize marijuana in the entire State of New Jersey.

How can you help?!? In support of his trial, NJWeedman Promotions (http://www.NJWeedmanPromotions.com) is having a party and booksigning on June 18, 2011! The fundraiser will be held at 385 N. La Cienega from 9:00 p.m. to 4:20 a.m. in Los Angeles, CA. Join him in his celebration and send-off to his trial, while helping with the costs associated taking the steps to legalize the herb. This FUNDRAISER PARTY is accepting donations of any size for those who want to be part of history by keeping NJWeedman (and Weed) FREE!

This fight is too big for one man to fight alone, but NJWeedman has stepped forward, sacrificing everything, to stand up for all marijuana users (and everybody who believes in freedom of speech, expression and religion), and who are against useless laws. It is ironic that this man, who originally was recognized in New Jersey as a criminal, is now an international cannabis activist and visionary.

“This party could be my last hurrah as a free man for a while or the send off victory party for the ages,” cites NJWeedman. “Either way, I’m asking everyone to be there!”

Come have a drink and puff puff pass with the man who is fighting for our rights to partake in a tradition that has been around for centuries!
