Dubbed the Ambassador of Hip-Hop Reggae Rayvon Prepares Solo Album

(Los Angeles, California – January 24, 2011) Most artists dream of a career that spans over a decade boasting international accolades, chart-topping hits, and underground classics, Barbadian-born/ Brooklyn-raised Rayvon has garnered this success and more while affectionately being dubbed the “ambassador of hip-hop reggae.” Having shared the stage with monolithic icons The Rolling Stones and Michael Jackson his pop-infused Caribbean flavor has paved the way for the next generation of Barbadian recording artists such as Rihanna, Shontelle, and Jaicko.

Mr. Brady – “Catch” Feat. Aloe Blacc

Continuing on from his success with “Get Choze” and “Real Heavy” in 2010, both of which are singles from Labor Of Love, Mr Brady starts this year with another laid back and relaxed track “Catch” featuring fellow west coaster Aloe Blacc. Mr. Brady eschews rhyming on Labor Of Love, instead handling production duties for the entire album. “Catch” is another perfect example of Brady’s ability to produce sonically pleasing beats all the while having the ear to select and pair those beats with the MC best fit to bless it. While Aloe Blacc has garnered much acclaim recently for his soul singing with tracks like “I Need A Dollar,” which serves as the theme song for popular HBO series How To Make It In America, this track finds Aloe returning to his roots, rapping on Mr. Brady’s soulful, pad- and key-heavy production.
