Free Download Of “Get Dis Paper” Which Accompanies Michael Schmelling’s New Book Atlanta

Here is a free download of a song from the Michael Schmelling/Kelefa Sanneh/Will Welch book called “Atlanta.” It’s a beautifully rendered photo and essay book on the hip-hop scene in Atlanta. It has just come out on Chronicle Books and is available in stores now.

NY Times Magazine says “the book reminded me of Altman’s “Nashville:” full of intense beauty, grubby corners and players playing.”

The link to the song is one of twelve songs that come as a free download with the book. The track is called “Get Dis Paper” which is by 3rd Degree who are out of Albany, GA. Some of the other artists that are part of the twelve songs are Travis Porter, Pill, Homicide Boyz and more. “Get Dis Paper” is downloadable and embeddable via the link below.
